There are no personal data being acquired or processed via Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager.
We use these platforms solely to work with cookies which do not contain any personal data and are therefore not considered to be personal data. Therefore there is no need to end their usage after 24th May nor to enter into any Data Processing Agreement.
Nonetheless, we decided to implement extra safety measure to prevent all, even theoretical threads.
The safety measure is anonymization of all IP addresses being reported inside Unipetrol/Benzina Google Analytics accounts.
Standalone IP addresses are safe and do not relate to GDPR nor Personal data processing.
When using highly sophisticated methods available to state authorities on the basis of a court order only (police, state prosecutors), IP address can be connected to individual person. These methods are, however, not available to our agency.
We believe that thanks to this explanation and extra safety measure usage of above-mentioned Google platforms ensures the safety and confirmation that we do not process any personal data via Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager.
